Meet Reverend Dr. Jerome C. Ross, Ph.D. Jerome Clayton Ross is a native of Richmond, VA and, since November 20, 2010, the husband of his Beloved, Mrs. Annette C. Ross. He was baptized (April 10, 1966), licensed to preach (February 10, 1974), and ordained (August 20, 1978) at Moore Street Missionary Baptist Church. After graduating from Maggie L. Walker High School, Richmond, VA as salutatorian in 1971, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies (1975) from Randolph-Macon College [R-MC], Ashland, VA, a Master of Divinity degree, Magna Cum Laude (1978) from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University [STVU], Richmond, VA, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Hebrew Bible (1997) from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA.
