CHURCH SHUTTLE BUS AND VAN PROCEDURES
| Drivers must possess a valid Virginia operator's license (Van) and a (Commercial Drivers License--CDL) to operate the Shuttle |
| In the case of an accident, regardless of the amount of damage, the following guidelines are to be implemented immediately: |

| The Van/Shuttle should be returned with no less than 1/2 of a tank of fuel. |
| Fuel, when authorized should be obtained from the church authorized station. See one of the van drivers for information regarding the location of fuel depot. |
| Hitchhikers are not allowed to ride in the van |
| Operators should observe all motor vehicle laws of Virginia |
| Vehicle use is authorized only for church activities |
| Vehicle should be picked up/returned to the church garage in the same or better condition as when picked up |
| Food and drink use should be minimized so to avoid spills and stains (Unless a six hour trip) |
| Seat belts must be worn by the driver and all passengers during the operation of the vehicle |
| NO SMOKING |
| Complete the PPBC Transportation Ministry Vehicle Request Form and submit to Church Clerk, Van/Shuttle Driver or Ms. Sellawease S. Snead |
